Terms and Conditions

Payments must be paid in full before a party or other service.

We cover gas cost up to twenty-five miles (one way) from our home base. After that, we charge seventy-five cents per mile to help us cover gas and compensate our performers for the extra drive time.

Please make sure that any/all party guests are at the destination at least 10 minutes before the princess’s arrival.  This will ensure that all the guests will already be at the party by the time the Princess gets there; thus, the fun can start right away.  The Princess will aim to leave before the guests depart, in order to avoid any disruptions. Kindly keep this in mind when scheduling your party day.

Even though the Princess loves furry friends, please ascertain that ALL pets, no matter how friendly or small, are kept out of the party room and/or rooms during the party.  This is to prevent any damage to the Princess’s dress. 

If the party is held indoors, please push back furniture and coffee tables prior to the party.  This is to make sure that there will be enough space during the Princess’s story time period of the party; during which, the children will need room to sit by her. 

It is imperative that a parent or guardian is present in the party area at all times.

Absolutely no smoking will be tolerated while the Princess is present.  If this is ignored, it will result in an immediate end to the party with no refund.

Any damage dealt to the Princess’s dress and accessories while at the party (and are not a result of the Princess’s own fault) will need to be compensated for by the host/hostess.

When you book an event with “Fun at First Sight Fairytale Parties”, it must be understood that the business cannot be held accountable for any liabilities. Accidents that may occur during a party, and are not directly the fault of the performer, must be handled by those who booked our business. However, we are certain that our performer will take the best of care when entertaining children. Thus, this should not be a concern.

Kindly, only use the pictures that you have taken from your event in ways that support the dream-like magic that we wish to uphold. No vulgar or slanderous use of any photos of our cast will be tolerated. Likewise, we will only use pictures for advertising if it has been cleared with a parent or guardian, and will strictly use them in a professional manner.

When booking with Fun at First Sight Fairytale Parties, it must be understood that none of our characters use actual weapons. Any and all character props are either 3D printed or store bought toys. Your children’s safety is our first priority, and although we believe in detail and authenticity, we would never dream of bringing any form of a dangerous item to your event.

Our performers hold the right to leave any party or event without explanation, if he/she feels threatened in any way.
